Generous, air‑conditioned, we had our peace and could enjoy the holiday and recover well. The only thing that slightly bothered us was the weak water pressure in the shower cabins. Otherwise it was as described.

An extremely friendly and lovely host, attentive and helpful. The rooftop terrace and kitchen were available. The breakfast was very special. 700 m to the beach. For one day we could use the sunbeds and umbrella.

Lady Monia was uniquely kind from the start! At breakfast she offered both savory and sweet options, all made with very fresh ingredients. She also provided a sea‑view terrace where we could dine undisturbed. The room was comfortable, with extra pillows, an air‑conditioner, a TV, and down‑fleece for night‑time chill; the bathroom was all sponge of excellent quality. The B&B has free street parking and is a 5‑minute drive to the beach, easily reachable. I strongly recommend it if you want a relaxing few days in Porto Sant'Elpidio.
