I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly staff who were always willing to lend a helping hand. However, I did encounter some difficulties during my stay due to a lack of clear directions and unclear signage, which made it challenging to navigate the premises. Despite this, the staff's warm hospitality made up for the inconvenience, and I appreciated their efforts to ensure my stay was comfortable.
