The hotel is beautifully located and has a cool design, but when I asked for one large bed I was given two single beds placed side by side with a gap in between, which made it hard for anyone to sleep well. The towels were worn out and needed replacement, and parking spaces were limited so I couldn’t use the parking.

The bar, restaurant, and food were good, yet the air conditioning was not smooth, there was a lot of noise, and one window wouldn’t open.

The food was fine, but the shared bed had no shower fluid, the TV was small and lacked channels, the bath towels were very worn and tiny, and there were no disposable utensils. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the pillows were too high, the single duvet was small, and there was no water in the room. The hotel’s checkout was at 11.00 am and breakfast was also until 11.00; after breakfast, a short while past 11, we tried to go up to collect our stuff but the card stopped working and we couldn’t get on the floor. The parking under the hotel was small.
