The hotel’s location is great. Depending on where your room is, your sleep and comfort will vary. Room 5 is far from the main walkways, and between about 3 and 5 am you can hear drunk patrons enjoying after‑hour pizza and gyros.

We had a wonderful stay and honestly loved almost everything about the property. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Chania, within walking distance of everything, with a lively street and many of the main shopping areas nearby. The apartment was very clean, modern, spacious and felt new, with everything we needed provided. The team was also extremely helpful and accommodating. A special thank you to Sophia Gypari, who was truly exceptional. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, answering our WhatsApp messages even at 5:30 AM when we needed assistance. She went above and beyond by even walking with us to the bus station to show us exactly where it was, without us asking her to accompany us. Her kindness and genuine willingness to help made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. One thing to be aware of: the property does not have an elevator, and there are quite a few stairs, so it may not be suitable for guests who have difficulty climbing stairs. However, the staff are extremely accommodating and there is always someone available to help carry the luggage, so personally we experienced absolutely no difficulty with our bags

Super well‑situated in the city center, very clean and spacious. The city center is quite noisy.
