Domaine de Malouziès, nestled in Fontiers‑Cabardès, occupies a historic stone building surrounded by a lush garden and panoramic mountain views. Rooms offer private bathrooms, air‑conditioning, work desks, and garden or mountain outlooks. Guests enjoy a heated pool with sun terrace, outdoor play area, barbecue, free private parking, bicycle storage, and proximity to Carcassonne Airport, Pont Rouge, Grotte de Limousis, and Carcassonne Cathedral.

I was first greeted by a mischievous squirrel among dozens of chirping birds, then by kind Pépita and her sheep friends shaded by magnificent trees, some of which must be centuries old, and then I met the hosts—really very friendly, including uncle and aunt—who were very attentive. I had a wonderful stay in these charming, restful surroundings where everything is arranged to make you comfortable and give you an unforgettable moment. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is very complete; it’s a great address, and I’ll come back! The only downside was that I could only stay for three days.

The property was very beautiful, calm, the hosts were kind and humane, the suite was very nice, everything met expectations for a perfect stay. Breakfast was hearty and delicious with homemade products, even the bread! The evening meal was also delicious. Overall, a very nice address!
