The location was good, the air‑con worked, and the host was lovely, but the room wasn’t very clean and it’s just a room in the host’s house.

The place is at the intersection near Hoacin Sorolla train station, 50 m from Jesus metro station. The rooms are unusual, the host didn’t try to keep in touch—she was not pushy. The room had an air‑con. When I arrived at the scheduled time I was locked out of the apartment. The room was dark because the small window opposite the balcony was made of opaque plastic, so I had to keep the light off even during the day. Privacy was a bit lacking since the host slept next to the room with a big dog and a cat. The bathroom door couldn’t be properly locked— it opened with a lever that was jammed with a metal rod, and there was no fan or ventilation.

“A wonderful stay with great hospitality and a convenient location.”

The hotel’s spot is spot-on, making it a breeze to wander around Valencia and hop on public transit. My room was spotlessly clean, comfy, and in good shape, and the staff were warm and helpful the whole time. The overall vibe of the place felt like a calm retreat after a busy day of exploring. The only small gripe was that a few facilities had a bit of wear, but everything worked fine and the stay stayed cozy overall.

Nothing else, except the AC and the cat in the flat were cute. The place was dirty, cramped, the room was basic, the bathroom floor wasn’t clean, and the room was dark.
