“Bon rapport qualité prix. Une nuit suffit.”
The cruise was fantastic and the staff were very friendly, but the drinks offered at breakfast were not included in the price and that should have been clarified.

Our room was lovely and the staff were great; the food was tasty and the scenery was simply amazing. The 5‑hour transfer each way was unpleasant, so next time I might stay on Cat Ba Island the night before and after or opt for a 2‑night cruise.

Our guide, Tu, was great! The boat and crew were also good, the rooms were lovely, clean, with private shower and toilet. Meals on board were very good and we had a wonderful stay.

The scenery was breathtaking and Thu made our first cruise day fantastic, with the activities also being great; the second day was a bit quieter with fewer guests because the boat is small, and the vessel itself felt a bit dated, so one night was enough.

We did the two day one night cruise as a family of five (with teens). Lan Ha Bay is beautiful and worth the overnight trip rather than a day trip. Highlights were the views (obviously), morning kayaking and the stop for sunset bike riding through the scenic countryside to the Fishing Village. The kids enjoyed trying their hand at squid fishing. We enjoyed learning the make Vietnamese spring rolls (they were tasty) and the brief morning Tai Chi session looking out to the vista. The staff were friendly. Group size was 19 guests. They put you on a small boat to get to the big boat as some people stay 2 nights. One night was enough for us. The food was tasty and plentiful. The boat is old and needs some TLC, though they keep it pretty clean. I think the sun loungers need an update. We woke at 3am to a rat munching away in the floor cavity between us and lower deck. It was pretty loud so we didn’t sleep the best. Also felt like there could have been better explanations and information about the bay and the activities. Disappointed with the rubbish in the bay. Though it’s supposed to be a lot better than Halong Bay. Wish the tours and authorities could go more yo help clean it up
