“My stay in the hotel was just flawless.”
The hotel was classic, well‑maintained, and efficiently run. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly and regularly, water was supplied, and the staff were very professional—no problems arose during my visit.
“Senin rahat dinlenecek bir oda”
The room was comfortable enough for a one‑day rest, but the front desk staff was rude and unfriendly, whereas the other staff members were very helpful with everything.
staff nice with good behaviour in room service mr Joel 👍. nothing only no a/c in reception but I don't mind coz it's not my business
“Overall satisfied”
I was satisfied, and nothing else needed mentioning.
Huge thanks to our house‑keeping staff member Nuwan for their excellent service.
