A lovely, peaceful spot right in the middle of forest and nature, with simple, clean and functional lodging and friendly owners—great value for the price. I’ll return whenever I need a night near Ústí, and the bike ride from the station was beautiful.

“Relaxing stay”

We stayed in the family room, which was spacious, and the building itself is very cute and well kept. It’s in a quiet spot and had everything we needed for a short stay. The host was kind and let us check in much later than usual, which was nice. We really relaxed. The only thing I’d suggest is updating the exterior lighting; we arrived late at night and it was super dark, but once we saw the owner and the room we felt relieved. A few lights around the parking area, driveway, and entrance would make a big difference. Other than that, we had a great stay.

The location was nice and quiet, and the apartment turned out larger and nicer than I’d expected, but the beds were disappointing, there was no heating and the room stayed at 18 °C.

I was surprised to find that breakfast wasn't provided, but I didn't have any other issues with my stay.

My room was clean and had a comfortable bed and mattress, and the owner was friendly and welcoming. However, I was a bit taken aback by the state of the downstairs area, which had a musty smell, and it took me a while to figure out how to get hot water to work. I also missed having a TV in the room, and I felt that the price of 973,- Kč was a bit steep considering what was offered.
