“Great place to focus on your wellbeing 😊 would love to return”

My stay was a mixed bag - I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived and enjoyed the great rooms, yoga, and Pilates classes, which were well-taught. However, I was disappointed with the spa staff and services, which didn't quite live up to the cost. I also felt that I was treated differently since I didn't book a package, and the onboarding process could have been better explained. Overall, it's a great place to focus on yourself, but some aspects need improvement.

“A memorable and restorative stay”

What truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff - their warmth, kindness, and genuine nature were outstanding. I particularly appreciated the care and professionalism of the hotel manager, Jee, and the support I received during my initial struggles with the detox program. The Pilates classes were also a highlight, despite being on the expensive side. However, the renovations taking place during my stay did impact my experience, with noise disruptions and limited gym access.

“Weak price-performance balance”

I was impressed with the hotel complex, which was well-maintained, clean, and green, and enjoyed our room, pool, and sunbeds. However, I was disappointed with the additional charges for group classes, such as yoga and reformer, which felt overpriced compared to other hotels in the area. The price-performance ratio was the worst of our Thailand trip, and I wish they offered more inclusive options. Despite this, the hotel has potential, but be aware of the extra costs.

“Lovely experience”

I was impressed with the well-organized programming and quality of classes, which made my stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, I don't have any negative comments to share, but overall, it was a positive experience.
