Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
Nothing here justifies a Hilton name: the carpet was filthy, only one elevator worked for guests across 12 floors, the bathroom light was barely visible, and the hotel added a hidden marketing fee. I would never stay here again.

The property looked good, yet the room credit never showed up on my bill.

Antencio was friendly, but the appliances didn’t work.

The lobby was spacious, and having dining and breakfast on site was great, and the staff were very helpful, but there was no shuttle to the train station.

The hotel was clean and offered Netflix, which is a bonus since many hotels only have cable, but the price during the Aftershock festival was outrageous—nearly $400 for a night that should have been $200–$250.
