The standard and ambience of the place were very nice. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Most of all, the staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially Echo and Amy. The breakfast was good and diverse.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We made a mistake when booking, but receptionist Lisa guided us through everything and was wonderful. The room service was great too; the lady left a lovely note for us. It was truly very accommodating. The hotel itself is fine, but the people make it great.
