“Etwas zu teuer für das gebotene”
The bioconcept in both the architecture and the breakfast was great, but afternoon access was only by code and there was no staff on site.
The concept was fantastic with artistic room design and the whole complex, check‑in and check‑out were hassle‑free even with a late arrival, the organic breakfast was super tasty and plentiful with a wide range of vegetarian spreads, freshly made scrambled eggs, parking behind the building, and all individual requests were asked about and fulfilled beforehand; it’s the perfect starting point to explore Stein with Faber‑Castell and Nuremberg 👍🏽

Cold drinks and snacks were available on every floor, and the church bells rang only from 7.00 to 22.00 😊, but the parking situation was bad (surface condition).
“Für 1 Nacht zur Messe in Ordnung.”
The atmosphere was right‑on and the rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and the service very friendly, but because the rooms have floor‑to‑ceiling windows in both the bedroom and the bathroom next to the toilet, all facing the entrance and a busy street, it was impossible to ventilate at night, so I had to deduct one point; it was also disappointing that I couldn’t book a dedicated parking spot.
The place was very nice and the staff were caring and helpful; we had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was great and especially for a vegan I was fully satisfied with the amazing buffet.
