Essen. Der wellnessbereich war unterirdisch. Von 4 Saunen o.ä waren zwei kaputt, kein Platz, kaputte liegen, dunkle Räume, ein Graus

Everything was great – the staff were fantastic, quick to answer questions and help when issues arose, the room was quiet, the breakfast superb. The parking was a bit tricky; many guests meant many cars, but with a bit of skill you could snag a spot.

schönes Zimmer gutes Essen schöner wellnessbereich teilweise sehr freundliche mitarbeiter. die mitarbeiter wirken fast alle gestresst und sind teilweise unsicher und nicht zugewandt und vom lächeln für den kunden, wie im leitbild beschrieben, kann nicht bei allen die rede sein. bademantel extra bezahlen zu müssen finde ich in einem wellnesshotel nicht ok
