“My stay was good”

The place was clean and the staff were great, but the trash should be collected every morning and there should be more cups in the rooms.

The stay was comfortable with great amenities, but there was no free breakfast and I had to pay daily for parking even though I had already paid for my stay.

“Check your mattress!!!”

The location was close to where I needed to be. What was advertised on booking wasn’t the same as in person. The small dining spot was never open in the 3 days of my stay. Upon arrival I couldn’t check in because after standing at the front for at least 10 minutes a gentleman kept telling me someone will be out to help and then when they finally came out I was told that their internet was down and that there was nothing they could do until it came back up. I noticed on the last day that one of the beds had a huge stain on it that looked like blood and it was told to me by manager they we’re aware that it was there and it’s part of company policy that they steam and clean to the best of their ability. I told her if I would’ve known that there was a huge stain resembling blood I would’ve asked for another room or went to another hotel. For such a huge company to have such a policy is just unbelievable

“Too expensive for what it is expos”

Everything was fine except the total on the website was listed as 162, yet I ended up paying 182 plus an extra 20 dollars for parking.

“It wasn’t clean”

The rooms smelled very musty and there were bugs, which I photographed. It just wasn’t clean.
