I went with my mother to make memories; everyone on staff was friendly and the facilities were comfortable, so it was great. The reservation included dinner and breakfast, so I highly recommend it. The station and the ryokan are very close by taxi, but from Yufuin Station it’s a bit hard to catch a taxi, so I suggest giving yourself a little extra time.

The room was gorgeous, the surroundings felt magical, and the food was amazing (we had requested vegetarian meals!). The team was discreet, available, and pleasant. It was the sweetest moment after a month in Japan. Thank you! The bedding was super comfortable, but we would have preferred a single large bed instead of two large beds. A futon option would have been great too.
