The location was the highlight, letting my husband and daughter hop in and out of the fall art festival easily, but I felt the price was high for what it offered—$200 a night with no breakfast, and the room was less nice than a suite I stayed in Milwaukee for less money that included a good breakfast.

I had to switch from room 430 to 404 because of a constant outdoor fan/low buzzing noise, and the shower had a funky turn‑on.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly, but our room lacked dresser drawers, the thermostat seemed locked (we could adjust it but it wouldn’t cool to our setting), the fitness room was small with machines that needed repair, and the pool was very small.

Cool building in a fun downtown location. Parking lot is tiny. Luckily the ramp was free. Room was disappointing - dated decor, beat up furniture, worn out carpet, no exhaust fan in bathroom. Booked a king suite with pullout couch - there was no couch
