The hotel had a great location, close to public transport and Istanbul’s main sights. The staff were helpful and polite, and the room was clean. Breakfast was varied. In the bathroom the water came out weakly, making it hard to enjoy a comfortable shower, and at night there were hallway noises.

The hotel served as a solid base for visiting Sultanahmet. Breakfast was limited, and there were feathers on my terrace.

I was pleasantly surprised by Hotel Perapolis. For a 3‑star hotel it far surpassed my expectations—clean, comfortable, friendly service, and an excellent spot in Sultanahmet near the main attractions. It offered great value for money and was a very convenient choice for exploring Istanbul.
