The accommodation matched our expectations, was close to the historic center, and parking was easy to find. The rooms were a bit dated and the paint could use a refresh.

Being right next to the historic centre let us stroll around with ease, yet the hotel didn’t even mention the lack of an elevator in its description. In the room the mini‑fridge was unplugged, and it would have been smart to have it on before guests arrived, especially with 40 °C outside. How long can a mini‑fridge keep things cold? It took several hours to chill, and we only got slightly cool water late in the evening. Also, there was no bottle of water in the fridge, which costs 20 cents at the supermarket.

The spot was perfect and right in the middle of the sassi, but the mattress wasn’t quite the most comfortable.

Nothing really we left after two of our four nights. Mattress was knobbly all over felt through the sheet . Air conditioning was not working properly said it was because to hot. Fridge didn’t get cold. Found us a kettle and mugs when asked? No towel robes or slippers as described. Breakfast at the ice cream parlour was croissant and a drink. Next block down the road. Not enough plugs to run the travel hair dryer provided or for charging points overall very disappointed so left early(2 days)
