The breakfast food was fresh, the location was fine, and once my family ordered dinner, we found cockroaches on the plates. At check‑in, the suite smelled of smoke; the hotel swapped rooms when my sister asked. For a few days it felt less comfortable than expected. The check‑in was not smooth; even after I called to confirm my booking, the receptionist was not helpful.
