Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the staff are very friendly and responsive. The food was tasty and varied. The pool was clean and lovely, and the beach Smokinja is just 5 minutes away. We were satisfied with our stay. Special thanks to the manager Biliana!

The staff were polite! We arrived around 9:30am and were still checked in the next morning.

The hotel is excellent and deserves a full 4‑star rating. The room is well equipped, clean, and even offers a French TV channel. The swimming pool is spacious, with plenty of sun‑beds and towels always ready. The restaurant’s food is a big plus: excellent variety, tasty, fresh, and always featuring fish and vegan options. There’s also a touch of national cuisine and international choices. The bar prices by the pool are right for a 4‑star hotel and cheaper than nearby sea bars. The only suggestion would be to add small entertainment like a ping‑pong table or an outdoor cinema with music videos for evenings; otherwise, there’s not much to do at the hotel. This minor improvement is all I’d recommend.

The place stays clean, the staff are very friendly and responsive, the food is fresh and tasty, and it’s close to the beach. I have no complaints.

The staff’s effort, attention, and attitude are commendable. The parking is inconvenient for both parking and exiting, and some guests need a gentle reminder not to disturb others.
