“Great place to stay - Do not hesitate to stay here!!”
The hotel feels freshly renovated, the room was spacious, well decorated, and super cozy; I’d definitely stay here again if I visit Granada. The reservation manager kept in touch with us from the day before the stay, offering guidance and updates on our reservation. However, the hotel claims you’ll see the Alhambra, yet the view isn’t remarkable enough to change your experience; the Darro River view is nice, but we only realized the Alhambra was visible if we looked up. Additionally, a bathroom issue from the restaurant downstairs caused the building to smell bad for a few hours until a plumber fixed it, which was a minor inconvenience but understandable since we left for a day tour.
