Ferdinand at the restaurant was amazing—excellent service, great food, and he kept everything moving smoothly and friendly, making a real difference. However, the parking exit was jammed when we checked out; cars backed up and the hotel desk staff tried to help, but the parking company’s speaker response was unhelpful. Paying $40 a day for parking, I expected better.

The location, breakfast, and price were good, but the carpet between the bed and bathroom was wet.
