Marina was incredibly helpful, letting me park my motorbike in the courtyard and even fitting in my daughter when she showed up out of the blue.

Marina was lovely and helpful, and the place sits in a great spot for getting to Fabriano. The on‑site parking was convenient and the balcony was nice. I hit a snag at check‑in because I couldn’t reach the host, but Marina’s mother stepped in and resolved everything.

The spot is close to the center, clean, and comes with a grill terrace. There was an extra fee, no Wi‑Fi, and no fridge.
