“L'onestà, questa illusione”

There was little to no positive aspects, except for the proximity to the train station. The bathroom was small, had no bidet, was old, and the shower was almost unusable because the shower head couldn’t stay in place. The overall cleanliness and quality were highly questionable. The host was almost absent and, most importantly, did not provide a fiscal receipt even when asked. Presenting a random receipt number block and not signing it is dishonest. They only accept cash, no idea why, just right? I would avoid this place.

The location is very good, the room is large and tastefully furnished. We were very warmly welcomed.

The location is great! Nearby there’s a square of restaurants and a large supermarket. Late check‑in and late check‑out were possible. The owner was always in touch and helped promptly with everything – thank you! The Wi‑Fi was stable and good. There is a hair dryer and a balcony. Paying only in cash is uncomfortable. The shower room is clean but worn out.

I met a friendly and very helpful host who welcomed us at 00.30 for check‑in; the place was cozy and practically next to all the sights and popular spots.

“Très bon séjour !”

The location was spot‑on for exploring Palermo and the historic centre, and being able to leave our luggage before and after arrival was a huge convenience so we didn’t have to carry it around while sightseeing; thanks for the host’s friendliness.
