The property feels very welcoming with a slightly retro taste that’s finely curated; the garden area and pools are clean and well managed, and the open-air bar is a gem with excellent drinks and dishes. The staff are friendly, smiling, and very attentive to guests’ needs. The room is spacious and clean. The only downside was that breakfast was a bit chaotic at times, but it’s a minor detail.

The thermal pools, spa, and location were great, but the hotel itself is old.

The room assigned had plumbing issues in the bathroom; a loud noise came through every hour, even at night, and I couldn't sleep all night. We asked for a room change, but the replacement room had a shower sliding door covered in mold. The kitchen was subpar in both timing and food quality—either overcooked or raw. I definitely don't recommend it; it feels more like a two‑star place.
