The place was nice and clean, yet there were no towels, the other toilet wasn’t flashing, and there were no toiletries.

The staff were amazing and accommodating 😍😍, but the listed facilities were missing—sleepers, toiletries, and thumps down—plus the kitchen is too small, there’s no hot water, and the bathtubs are leaking.
