This is a great location - we were able to walk everywhere in the old town. The rooms are older but well maintained. It’s older but clean. It’s a little weird having the bath/shower next to the bed but that’s Italy for you 😀

The location was nice, but when we arrived the room wasn’t clean, the jacuzzi broke after a single use, and there was no toilet door in the room.

The windows aren’t sound‑proof, so it gets very noisy in the evenings, at night, and in the mornings.

I appreciated the location and the air conditioning, but there’s no room service; if you need help you must pay 30 euro for staff to come, and when I asked for an iron they didn’t have one.
