I booked a room six months in advance, yet it was unavailable when I arrived and the staff didn’t even know about the booking, despite a confirmation from Booking. They claimed the hotel was fully booked for a festival that day and would not accept online reservations, instead directing me to a more expensive hotel elsewhere.

Never book here! There were no rooms available even though we had a confirmed reservation. We were repeatedly told “sorry,” but that didn’t help when we had no place to sleep. Absolutely not again.

For a one-night stay, the hotel was functional and clean, which was a plus. However, I was surprised by the sparse amenities, particularly in the bathroom, where I had to do without a hair dryer and hygiene products.

I had a great stay, thanks to the comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. Although the hotel had some minor drawbacks, the overall experience was satisfying.
