Primavera Mini Hotel sits in a quiet, idyllic spot in Perugia that’s still within walking distance of the town centre—Chiara was incredibly kind and helpful, and our room was cosy and adorable. We hope to come back one day!

I stayed here from 18 to 20 July and had a thoroughly positive experience. I especially appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of Signora Chiara and her husband. The property is super convenient, just a few steps from the historic centre. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to spend a few vacation days in Perugia.
The building is right in the heart of the city and occupies an old house, so there’s no lift and the stairs are high and quite tiring to climb.
The hotel sits in a prime downtown spot and I stayed in a fully equipped single room that was very clean. Above all, the biggest impression came from the owners, who were extremely kind and attentive. I would definitely return.
