The location was good with a market, bakery, restaurant, and pharmacy close by, but the shower water never heated up, stayed extremely cold, I informed the staff who said they would send someone to check it and never did. I would not recommend staying during colder days or seasons.

The pool, kitchen comfort, and billiard table were positives, but there were insects, the location was a bit far from the center, there was zero communication from the staff, they only gave a roll of toilet paper, and in 5 days the pillowcases, sheets, and towels were never changed; I had to take them to wash myself.

The location was good, but on Sunday from 3 am to 4 am a group decided to stay at the lodge, talking loudly, setting off a car alarm, and dragging furniture, showing total disrespect to those sleeping. No management intervened. I had proof the next day at 5 am. I couldn't sleep that night because of the lack of management to set limits for people who lack common sense.

Good morning, I already knew the facilities from previous vacations but the place had been improved and I liked it a lot. I love Canasvieiras and this lodge; it’s cozy and I feel at home every time I go there, and I’ll definitely come back for vacation in May, if possible from the 20th to the 25th. For longer stays, I think it would be useful to have a dry kitchen on site for more convenience and independence for intermediate meals like coffee, for example. A parking arrangement with the lodge would also be more attractive for security reasons, especially if the stay is extended.
