Even though I got there after my scheduled check‑in, the staff still greeted us warmly and got us settled right away; the rooms, elevators, and hallways were spotless; parking was sufficient and security was on hand as soon as we arrived, so I felt safe; if I hadn’t had to work, I would have definitely tried the breakfast buffet; all in all, a great stay.

Customer service was poor, and room service was bad.

The hotel’s atmosphere was great! The only downside was having to register with a separate company to get room benefits.

The air conditioning didn’t work, and they tried to fix it instead of relocating us. We went out for dinner, came back late, and it was still hot.
