City views are visible from the Comfort Triple Room, which also has a private entrance. The room sleeps four on two single beds and an extra‑large double bed. Climate is controlled by air conditioning and the private bathroom includes both a bathtub and a shower. Inside you’ll find a flat‑screen TV, a wardrobe, an electric kettle and tiled flooring.

The Small Double Room provides a single double bed for one guest and features a tiled floor throughout. A private bathroom includes a shower and free toiletries. Climate control is provided within the room.
The spot on the main street heading toward the port is fine. After 8 am the door shuts, and the bell is useless because no one is at reception, so I had to wait 30 minutes outside. The equipment feels pretty old.
The staff were friendly and explained everything well, but I’d suggest lowering the fan’s height because it was too hot and the fan was too high.
The spot is well‑situated; for a day stay to catch a boat the next day it’s a decent place, just as it is in Leticia.

The location, right in the center and close to all the city’s key spots, was great. The hotel’s security, with cameras and a 24‑hour access bell, was reassuring. The staff were warm and attentive at all times. The rooms were far better than other Colombian hotels we’ve stayed in. The breakfast was very complete and tasty. There’s nothing to criticize; it’s definitely the best value‑for‑price accommodation we’ve had in Colombia, no matter where we’ve traveled in the country.
