The breakfast spread was huge – lots of pastries, hot dishes and a cake station that seemed endless. Everything was tasty and the portion sizes felt generous, so we left the restaurant feeling satisfied.

The food was delicious and the staff were genuinely friendly, and there were plenty of play options for our 2½‑year‑old, plus the complimentary premium card gave us free access to a lot of stuff like water popsicles and kid‑friendly supplies. The setting was quiet and overall pleasant, but the first greeting felt a bit abrupt and later staff were nicer.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the service felt personal, especially with families – they were always ready to listen and help. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

We liked the family‑friendly vibe – big playrooms, indoor pools and a whirlpool made it easy to keep the kids entertained, and the breakfast buffet was solid. However, dinner fell short; the salad bar was fresh and nicely arranged, but the hot buffet looked bland and didn't meet the standards we'd expect from a four‑star property.
