The hotel sits just a stone's throw from a lovely beach and is easily reached by buses and trams; every morning we looked forward to breakfast by the pool, and the staff treated us and our children like family.

We liked the apartment feel with a separate bedroom. The reception staff were exceptional—high quality, helpful, and friendly. They handled all our restaurant reservations efficiently and with grace, and offered great advice. The bathroom was tiny and the shower was very hard to pull on, and the living room looked dated.

The room was big, but there were no power outlets anywhere, only one outlet with a balustrade, and the noise was loud because it was on a main road; the air‑conditioning unit was mounted on the balcony instead of the wall, so the airflow ran through the walls and furniture, and the breakfast was very basic.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, though they could at least offer a complimentary coffee capsule on the first day.

The hotel is amazing, with excellent service, rooms, cleanliness, restaurant food, and breakfast—all above and beyond expectations and at a super high level; it is perfect. The hotel is located on a main road, so there is noise and you cannot step out onto a balcony; there is no access or view of the sea in the area, the access is blocked, and there is only a paid beach with fixed prices. The open beach strip and a nice promenade are a short train ride away on the electric train, with the station just outside the hotel.
