I can’t say much about the hotel because I only saw the reception and staff during my very short stay. I didn’t like that we were double‑booked that day; the reception staff had to call our host to fix the mess, then the host found another accommodation for us, which made us arrive late for the concert at Sun Bet Arena. The host apologized, and then we were fine.

I was really impressed with the security measures in place at this hotel, but unfortunately, the experience started off on the wrong foot. I had to wait 28 minutes in line to check in because there was only one receptionist, and then I had to navigate a crazy system to get to my room. To make matters worse, the bed was ridiculously uncomfortable – it was too low, had no base, and creaked with every move. And to top it all off, the parking was located far from my room, which was a real hassle.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect, but that's where the positives ended. Unfortunately, I had to deal with some pretty gross issues in my room – there were cockroaches scurrying around, and the fleece on the bed was dirty. It was a real letdown, especially considering how great the location was.

The apartment lounge in this place was huge and really well-appointed, but unfortunately, the sheets were dirty. I was really looking forward to relaxing in the lounge, but it was a bit of a letdown when I realized the sheets hadn't been changed.

I was really impressed with how neat, clean, and safe this hotel was – it's located close to shops and a casino, which was a big plus. However, the only thing I can say about my stay is that it was fine. I didn't have any major complaints, but I didn't have any major highlights either.
