The rooms were spacious, breakfast offered many choices, the front desk staff were lovely and the spa staff delivered a great massage, but the restaurant’s menu was very average with nothing interesting, the staff were not attentive or well‑trained, the food was well below average, and I had one of the worst pastas ever.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel: service was excellent, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, the location was perfect for exploring the area, the food was delicious with plenty of options, everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again—highly recommended! Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.
