I really liked the staff’s approach; it felt like coming home, everyone was happy to see you and wanted to take care of you. The breakfast, in my opinion, was also amazing.

The location is lovely and quiet, but with a car you’re in 15 minutes to the city of Salzburg and quickly to beautiful places like Königssee.

For those who want comfort over luxury, this family-run place hits the mark. The rooms and bathrooms are pleasantly spacious and well laid out. From the balcony you get a striking view of the Untersberg standing right in front of you. The breakfast room is bright and cozy, the buffet stays consistently good and is refilled right away, so everything stays fresh.
