The staff were sweet, the place was quiet, and it was close to Unshu‑Hirata station. There was nothing I disliked.

Surrounded by furniture made from warm wood born in Izumo, the room felt cozy, with soft pajamas, cosmetics, and amenities like a Varmuda microwave, toaster, kettle, Refa shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hair dryer. I spent a very comfortable time and plan to stay again soon. The only thing I wished was a free shuttle bus connecting Unshu‑Hirata station and Izumo city, similar to the convenient “Tokoname Shuttle” that links Nagoya’s airport and city.

From the pre‑arrival instructions to every minute of my stay, everything was comfortable. The staff’s guidance was thorough and reassuring, and the room and paid bath felt like home. The breakfast, made from scratch, was tasty and made my solo trip much richer. No complaints.

The facility was thoughtfully designed for women’s comfort, very clean and tidy. I appreciated the Refa dryer, Balmyuda toaster, microwave, kettle, and the makeup lotion from Tamazukuri Onsen—items I’d wanted to try. I did wonder if the footfall from the converted house might disturb other guests, so I kept that in mind.
