“UN TOTAL FRAUDE....”

I booked this place because it says on the app that pets are free, but when I got there I was hit with a 400 peso fee for my dog, and if I refused I’d lose my booking and money, so I was forced to pay—felt like a theft. Then the room key was missing, so they gave me a different room that was basically a furnace with no ventilation; when I complained the manager said nothing could be done that night but maybe the next day, and they did change it the next day. Don’t book here if you’re bringing a pet; they’re scamming people who think it’s free.

They moved us to a better hotel, Casa Blanca, but at Hotel Capital Diez there was no water anywhere in the building.

“No me gustó q no me respetaran la reserva”

They didn’t honor my reservation and sent me to another hotel. I wasn’t allowed to stay there and they moved me to a nearby old hotel that didn’t match the photos of Hotel Diez; I didn’t like the move at all, but it was already paid and I was in a hurry so I couldn’t complain.
