Everything was perfect: excellent amenities and a brilliant location. The breakfast arrangements were poor, no menu—just a plate of rolls handed out! Even better if I had eaten on the main parade.

We enjoyed a clean, comfortable stay at Jewel Plaza Banha Hotel and found the staff friendly and helpful, but the check‑in process left a gap: the front desk didn’t tell us that bringing outside food was prohibited or that an extra fee would apply, so clearer communication would prevent future confusion.

The stay was fantastic and very comfortable; the hotel was tidy, the rooms cozy, staff were courteous, respectful, and helpful in every way, service was excellent, the atmosphere was calm, and I felt at ease throughout my stay—thanks to all the staff for their warm welcome and care, I will definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Banha and I recommend it with confidence ⭐
