The room was the worst I’ve seen. The cleaning was subpar.

The only thing that worked was the service boy. Everything else was terrible: the bedsheets were cheap, the bedding was disgusting, the bathroom was filthy, the furniture was very dirty, and the overall mess was so bad it felt like the place was about to be overrun.
