A family‑run historic hotel where the family were delightful, very helpful and attentive; breakfast was superb with extra local produce like fruit grown and dried on the property, the courtyard was beautiful, and the spacious room featured interesting artifacts and lovely textiles.

I liked everything: the staff (family‑style), the structure, the cleanliness, and the breakfast! The owners’ kindness makes you feel right at home like your grandma’s house; one morning at breakfast I was a bit chilly, the owner fetched a shawl for me and then gave it to me saying, “so you’ll remember me,” and my heart melted! The room was beautiful and very unique—practically sleeping in a well‑kept, cool, dry cave with a divided bathroom: one side had a shower and toilet, and outside (perfect for us three) a sink with a mirror! Breakfast was super abundant and delicious (they use a lot of savory items at breakfast but there were no missing homemade jams, fruit, milk, and everything else!) If you’re traveling in Turkey and from Göreme you might want to go to Kas or Side, stop here to break the trip—you’ll be fully satisfied!

A stunning stone house with spacious rooms—our group used a triple with four beds—and high stone ceilings that look great after a thorough renovation. There’s no air conditioning, but that’s fine because we stayed on 6 August and it was pleasantly cool. The breakfast in the private garden is top quality, all local produce from nearby farms, and the setting among flowers and plants is lovely. The owner speaks excellent English, is very friendly, and clearly enjoys chatting with guests. All in all, highly recommended! The price is unbeatable at 65 € per night. And the kitten Pustola is a charming bonus!
