“Not suitable for westerners. Sarcastic staff, loud music blasing into rooms from lobby all day”

The location was great and the rooms looked nice, but I was assigned a room right under the kitchen exhaust. As the only western guest, I felt it might have been intentional, and when I complained they moved me to a different room. That new room was next to the lobby boombox, which was blasting loudly so everyone could hear it, especially the room I was in. The staff treated me poorly, constantly calling me “Sir” as if I were a privileged western prince, laughing sarcastically and claiming no one else had ever complained about the kitchen exhaust or the music. It was absurd—no other hotel would behave like this. On the final day I had to leave early, overslept, and waited at the airport because at 7:30 am they started blasting music even louder than before, as if to push me out. Mission accomplished. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in because of the noise and the rude, sarcastic staff.

The property was exceptionally clean, with spotless rooms and well‑maintained common areas. The staff were extremely friendly, always supportive, and eager to help with any needs. I highly recommend staying here to enjoy the experience. Located centrally among vibrant entertainment districts, the property offers a perfect balance—you can relax in tranquility or join lively parties whenever you wish.
