Getting in and out is easy, and the place is clean. The mattresses are terrible. The rooms are very cheap, tiny, and drab-looking. Sound insulation is very poor. The shower has no pressure. The rooms are clean and tidy (there's nothing in them), but overall not great!

Easy access. Nothing else.

The staff are utterly fantastic: kind, available, resourceful, and welcoming. It’s always nice to chat with them or ask for advice about places to visit, meals, etc.

I didn't feel scared or spooky at all, the place felt pretty homely and everything was fine.

The room was great and had everything we needed; the location was convenient and all the amenities were nearby. However, it was very noisy—doors slammed all night, and at 2:30am the police knocked on our door to ask about a disturbance they had been called to in the building; they returned an hour later. The walls were VERY thin, so we could hear everything.
