The booked room was directly under the restaurant and very loud, but we could switch to another room and were compensated with amuse‑bouche and antipasti to delicious wine.

Quality breakfast (local products) but limited choice for a Michelin‑starred restaurant. The room is noisy (under the restaurant) and the bathroom is cramped (small old bathtub).

A beautifully maintained old manor with stunning views from the patio and garden. The room is good, the shower is great, and the restaurant was fantastic—with delicious champagne, excellent wines by the glass, and a gorgeous five‑course dinner. The historic surroundings (de Gaulle) add a lot of extra charm. The only downside was that the village charging station, 50 m from the hotel, didn’t work, and the hotel itself has no charging point.

The setting is fantastic, leafy, super quiet, and relaxing. The spacious room offers superb comfort. Staff are very attentive, pleasant, and welcoming. The cuisine is exceptional, with incredible flavors presented meticulously, impeccable service, stylish staff, great advice, and very friendly. Breakfast is a bit light, but it still includes the full range of high‑quality classics. I would have liked a few hot items (eggs, bacon, etc.).

The location was great, tucked away in rural France, and the overall setting was nice. We booked the 8‑course dinner and each dish came with a detailed explanation, and the wine selection was excellent, making it a very pleasant evening. Everything else was fine, no complaints at all.
