I was told nothing helpful. When I told them I was basically blind, the same day I was supposed to arrive they sent a text about how to drive, where to park, and then asked me to check in by myself because the desk was unmanned and no staff was willing to be present, despite me explaining my disability. I had to find another hostel that was actually there at the normal check‑in time after describing my needs and disability, and I was denied a refund.
