The space felt modern, but the site was understaffed; it took 25+ minutes to get help at the front desk because no one was around, and the emergency maintenance line didn’t answer during that same period. The furniture in the room was broken—if they had cleaned the floors they would have noticed the chair’s legs were unbalanced and any touch would topple it, leaving a long screw loose.

It was close to the highway and people were okay, but almost everything was towed from the parking lot, and there was nowhere to park.
