The location was close to Help Uni, which worked for me. However, the bedsheet and towels weren't very clean, there was a cockroach in the toilet, and the water pressure was low.

Nothing Extremely disappointing experience. I honestly regret booking this hotel. I chose Sri Tel Boutique Hotel because I saw so many good reviews, so I expected a pleasant and welcoming stay. Unfortunately, what I experienced was completely the opposite. The receptionist was extremely rude and unwelcoming from the moment we arrived. She had a very unpleasant attitude, kept showing an unfriendly expression, and did not make any effort to communicate politely or make us feel welcome as guests. Her attitude alone made the check-in experience very uncomfortable. What made the situation even more disappointing was the behaviour of two other staff members who were cleaning the area. They were making unnecessary and annoying noises and behaving playfully while guests were around. I was honestly surprised to see this kind of behaviour in a hotel. Then, when we entered our room, the air-conditioning was not working properly. I immediately requested a room change. Instead of handling the problem professionally, I was made to wait and had to insist several times before they finally agreed to change the room. The receptionist then made a comment implying that she could not know whether I had already used anything in the room and that even if I had used a little water in the bathroom, changing the room could be an issue. I found this extremely disrespectful. The problem was not caused by me but the air conditioning was not working. As a paying guest, I should not have to argue just to receive a room with basic facilities that are actually working. Eventually, they changed the room, but by then the whole experience had already left a very bad impression. I have stayed in many hotels, and I understand that sometimes problems can happen. What matters is how the staff handle those problems. Unfortunately, the attitude and customer service here were extremely poor. The positive reviews were the reason I booked this hotel, but based on my personal experience, I was extremely disap. Everything Extremely disappointing experience.
