The location was great, but the air conditioning was extremely loud and the bathroom linens were in bad condition.

The venue was close enough that we could watch shows while dining, and Gina was incredibly helpful with our Chiang Rai bus registration—she was funny, kind, gentle, attentive, and efficient.

It’s my second stay here; they’re doing some renovations, so there’s a fish pool at the entrance now, and the spot is nice and near a lot of conveniences. The breakfast usually offers more variety and is more filling, but this time of year it was a bit lighter, though still quite decent.
